Vicenta Hernandez, 68, of Bentonville, Arkansas died Monday, December 15, 2008 at Northwest Medical
Center in Bentonville. She was born July 28, 1940 in El Salvador to Dolores Aguilar and Abelina Monterrosa.
She loved to travel, and enjoyed flowers, birds and nature. Vicenta loved to cook and sew for her family and
enjoyed caring for all of them.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
Survivors include her husband Asuncion Matilde Hernandez; nine children; Isabel Aguilar of El Salvador, David
Aguilar and wife Reina of Rogers, Jose’ Alfredo Aguilar and wife Dayci of Springdale, Eva Hitchcock and
husband James of Rogers, Adam Guerra and wife Lourdes Rueda of Rogers, Luis Guerra and wife Florencia of
Rogers, Mario Guerra and wife Sonia of Bentonville, Blanca Brown and husband Eric Watkins of Rogers, and
Ivette Alegria and husband Victor of Bentonville; 2 brothers, Francisco Aguilar and Antonio Aguilar of El
Salvador; and 3 sisters Natalia Aguilar, Ines Aguilar, and Maria Aguilar of El Salvador; and 26 grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00PM Friday, December 19, 2008 at Stockdale Funeral Services in
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday, December 20, 2008 at Centro Cristiano Hispano
Assembleas de Dios in Rogers with the Rev. Armando Rodriguez officiating. Burial will be at Benton County
